Here at Misfit Athletics, Thursday is our prescribed recovery day. A recent addition to the program is our Weekly Work, which consists of training pieces that don’t fit perfectly on any one day, but that are important enough for competitors to be doing when it fits in their schedule. These pieces are slower, more methodical pieces that tend to work really well for rest/recovery days, so be sure to head to the Weekly Work Week 2 article for your prescription!
